Fees and Programs

Sayre Child Center offers a sliding fee based on gross annual income. Fees vary depending on your child’s age and family’s income. There is a non-refundable registration fee at the time of enrollment. Our Caseworker will provide specific information related to your particular situation.

Sayre Child Center is able to offer a sliding fee through the support of the United Way. This vital support has been provided since our Center became a charter member of the United Way in 1920.

Sayre Child Center accepts families currently receiving subsidy through Title XX and Department of Public Welfare (DPW) programs.

Subsidies available through a family's employer are also accepted.

To ensure that each child receives the maximum benefit from our program, there is no part day care available. There are a limited number of part time slots available, defined as 3 or 4 days per week. Our Caseworker will offer specific additional information.

There is a three-week absence policy. Should your child be absent from care for three consecutive weeks, no payment is due for this specific period.  Re-admittance to our program is contingent upon space availability.

Monthly classroom activity calendars are provided to each family and monthly menus are posted in each classroom.
